   we would need to escape also other chars in values obtained from db to ensure that xml does not get corrupted
   "OpenACS templating" might offer a way to achieve that. This should be investigated at next occassion.

-- added pdf_p par to pdf link
   output_format = "pdf" used to work with im_html2pdf, an option that probably hadn't been used a lot
   When we started experimenting using OO headless to create pdfs, parameter pdf_p had been added
   As of 10/2013 many clients use OO/LibreOffice for PDF creation successfully
   It's up to Frank to decide if we keep the im_html2pdf option.
   Based on his decision the code should be cleaned up
