Hi Iuri,
 
I believe that is a company (Grupo Versia) setting up
a a helpdesk tracker (Kayako). During the process,
this email address has been set up as a user in their
new helpdesk (I have received also mail to other email
addresses).
 
I guess it's safe to ignore this message...
