That's right, we're working on a "productable" version of
"intranet-baseline",
which basically allows to store "versions" of a project in a certain point
of
time. Usually a baseline is created after a budget approval or a won
contract,
and this baseline can be used to track the changes in the project plan.
 
I'm using the infrastructure of "intranet-audit" for creating the copies of
the
project, it's sub-projects and tasks. intranet-audit already has the
facility
to create copies of a project into a table that is not im_projects, and
that's 
necessary. I would have to duplicate code a lot if I wouldn't use 
im_projects_audit and im_audit.
 
I believe that baselines are definitely a candidate for an "enterprise
version"
of ]po[, so I don't think it's a big problem that it depends on a
closed-source
package.

ich bin nebenbei daran am arbeiten ]project-open[ PMI konform zu machen und
ein wichtiger Punkt hierbei ist die Möglichkeit Abweichungen vom Plan
(Baseline) zu bestimmen. Jetzt habe ich gesehen dass Du ein neues Baseline
Paket hast, was jedoch zwingend das kommerzielle Audit Paket voraussetzt
(wenn ich das richtig verstehe).

In welche Richtung geht hierbei Dein Plan. Bisher sieht es danach aus, dass
Du "nur" das eigentliche Projekt in die Baseline übernimmst, nicht jedoch
die Tasks oder die Finanzplanung (Scope, Schedule und Cost Baseline). Auch
fehlen ggf. genehmigte Dokumente.
