[project-open-development] Daily CVS Logs now on project-open-development

Hi!

In order to reactivate the ]po[ development mailing
list we have just added a script that will send out
a daily mail with the daily comment log of the ]po[ 
CVS server.

We are testing this feature now, so please have some
patience with use if you should receive more than
one mail today.


Use of project-open-development:

In general, I believe that most development subjects
(issues, bugs, questions, ...) should be discussed on
the "Open Discussions" forum as of today.

I would see the role of project-open-development to 
keep active developers up to date on the current status 
of HEAD.
