Hi Stefan,

Thanks for subscribing. At the moment there is little 
localization work necessary for ]project-open[ - the
V3.4 release is over, and there are few changes in the
code that would require l10n...

However, the next minor release (V3.4.1) isn't far, 
and we plan the next major release (V4.0) for summer
2011. That would be the moment to revise translations,
create/consolidate the glossary/terminology etc.
