Hi Dmitry,

That's OK, because we haven't yet updated demo.project-open.net
with the new version. We're developing the "original" for this
server on a local server here in our offices, and then overwriting
the demo database from time to time.

Russian is already enabled in our local version, so it will soon
be online.
