thanks for the update.

Regarding the statistics: I believe the counter in OACs' language 
package shows well over 5000 translatable strings. Marco pointed out 
that some strings seemed untranslatable, too (you could type in the 
translation, but they kept being shows as "untranslated"). I've found 
that these string are actually "deleted" messages. The module's counter 
still considers these as not translated.
