[project-open-localization] Status Localization V3.4 Beta

Hi,

I've just updated the status of the localization
http://www.project-open.org/documentation/list_languages
based on the information about translated strings below
(see the SQL results).

We can clearly distinguish the completely translated languages
from less complete languages. Based on this information I've
included the complete languages: de_DE, en_US, es_ES, fr_FR, 
it_IT, nl_NL, zh_CN.


Special cases included:

- ja_JP (989 strings out of 4246): 
  This is not complete (25% translated strings), but I've seen 
  that most important GUI strings have been translated. I hope 
  we can improve the coverage in the next weeks and months.
  However, I would count Japanese only as "partially translated".

- pt_BR (1406 strings out of 4246):
  The guys from Konsultex have started late with the l10n,
  so we will include the remaining strings hopefully soon.

- ru_RU (2136 translated strings out of 4246):
  All important stuff has been translated.

- tr_TR (1055 translated strings out of 4246):
  Again, the important GUI strings seem quite complete...


I'll import and enable the supported languages in the V3.4.Beta
that we'll release ASAP now.



Language variants included:

- es_LA
- en_UK 

These variants only "overwrite" certain strings and use the
default variant as a fallback, so that should be OK.




Special cases excluded:

- fi_FI (439 translated strings):
  This isn't enough as far as I can see right now.

- no_NO (519 translated strings):
  Similar to fi_FI. 




The following SQL shows me how many of the 4246 strings in
the ]project-open[ (intranet*) packages have been translated:

	select count(*), locale
