Hello Dmitry, congratulations!!! The problem you're reporting about seems a permissions problem to me. As the server usually runs as user "projop", you might have changed the owner for acs-admin.ru_RU.utf-8.xml without knowing . This should be apparent when doing a "ls -l" on this file. If the owner is not projop, then you should do the following: chown projop.web thepathtoyourfile/acs-admin.ru_RU.utf-8.xml Well, you probably know much more about Linux than me, so this should be trivial for you.
