Hello Dmitry, thanks for asking. Casex is a system used in the past in ]PO[ for registering expenses. It is deprecated, and the developers have removed the corresponding strings from the database, although apparently some have "survived". Please leave it as it is, or ir if you're "bulk translating", please delete it (garbage bin icon on the right of the message).
