[project-open-localization] Release Schedule - the next few days

Hi,

Just to let you know about the next few days:

- 31st of October is the deadline for V3.4. 
  The press will start talking about it on November 1st
  (or 2nd...)

- We want to have the Windows installer ready the
  15th of October (in 10 days), so we can test the thing
  up- and down...

- Maurizio Martignano needs 5 days from the last code
  I'd provide him to deliver a finished installer.


=> 10th of October is the deadline for the localization
   That's in 4 days...
