So after updating to the latest HEAD noticed that when going to back up via the URL backup/upload-latest-dump the results will return with a File not found page.
Before i had updated the back up system had worked perfectly fine still containing backups inside the system. They have also dissipated from the list also.
Any pointers on where to look at this one would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Sol, yep backup folder is still there can even make backups if i go straight to the url /intranet/admin/backup/pg_dump but no backups listed in back up manager.

I'm not sure to which version you updated, but we've modified backup stuff 2-3 days ago. Maybe you want to perform another update. Also, please make sure to run all upgrade scripts.
V4.1.0.0.0 is a beta for V4.1, so everything should work there.
