#1006 Gantt chart - Assignments get corrupted

In Assignment tab in the Gantt chart uses the initials to identify people.

In our case, we can have two people with the same initials, in the same department (Maureen Landry, Max Levesques). In that case, the Gantt chart's assignment tab returns one or the other, not the two and not always the same, and when the assignment is saved, one of the two is deleted.

Version 5.0.3
To reproduce:
- In the same team, create two employees with the same initials;
- From the project's tasks screen (/intranet-timesheet2-tasks/new) assign these two people to a task
- Open the tasks's Gantt (from /intranet/projects/view) and select the Assignments tab; * Only one of the two employees is shown;
- Modify the assignment of an employee and save; * One of the two original assignments has disappeared.
