#28 ant task with configuration=...

throws null pointer exception in merge of options.

I'm trying to use the proguard and task from Eclipse,
the IDE.
Get plenty of failures. This one I could fix.

<proguard verbose="true"
configuration="${basedir}/ejmftoolkit.pro"/>

throws NullPointerExceptions at various places in
OptionsMerge

See attached class source for changes.
