TJ, I try to figure out how the NOOP would work during a transfer.Do you use interrupts when a command is received on the command channel to process the command(which can be only a limmit nu,ber of commands like NOOP) and then switch back processing the data channel ? Although one might argue that the root of the problem in that case is the firewall and its settings, not the long transfer.
