Looks very nice. My only suggestion would be to add configuration handlers
for directives that mod_ifsession won't handle; just have them check to see
if they're in an incompatible <If*> context: CONF_ERROR() if they are,
return DECLINED() if they aren't. That way they won't silently fail.

You might have to walk the directive tree back up to the root to make sure
the directive isn't nested under a higher, invalid context (it looks like
nested <If*> contexts would be valid?) but this shouldn't impact performance
too much, since it only occurs at daemon startup.
