They have to have a valid shell. You can refuse that shell to have telnet access or whatever else you wish but they still need a valid shell. Also check the denied ftp users file to see if they are listed under there. Last check which group they are a part of and make sure that they are in a group that is allowed FTP access. -----Original Message----- From: pro...@li...
