Hi Dave, thanks for getting in touch. I have uded proffitt center for several years now and really like it. I am sorry the forum does not seem to be active any more. I still have my problem of adding a product via the sales screen. When I enter the barcode number it says product not found re entering the code it asks for the decription and the price but when it gets to the end of the cycle it just starts the cycle again without adding the product. Any help to solve this would be fantastic.

Just checked it out and it worked on the development system and then on a
download (64-bit). I can only suggest that you try unsetting and saving and
then setting the option again. Let me know how you get on.

Hi Dave. I am unable to add products in the sales screen. The option is selected in the set up options. Any help on this would be good.
