The Process Dashboard provides unrivalled support for high-maturity planning and tracking; but its rich-client architecture, lack of integrations, and steep learning curve mean it's not a good fit for every team. To remedy these problems and bring high-maturity support to a broader audience, I have been developing plugins that integrate these capabilities directly into mainstream agile tools, starting with Jira. I am delivering a presentation this week on the topic. I'll explain what makes high-maturity planning and tracking unique, and announce the early availability of the Jira plugin. I welcome you to attend; see the message below for details and to register for the presentation. *David Tuma* Process Dashboard Architect ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: SEA Technical Infrastructure Coordinator <sea...@gm...> Subject: [SEA] You’re invited to Exceptional Agile Planning and Tracking (September SEA Tech Talk) [image: Event Logo] <https://www.eventbrite.com/e/exceptional-agile-planning-and-tracking-tickets-1997261796799?aff=oddtdtcreator&keep_tld=true> Wednesday, September 16, 2026 4:00 PM US/Eastern Exceptional Agile Planning and Tracking Register <https://www.eventbrite.com/e/exceptional-agile-planning-and-tracking-tickets-1997261796799?aff=oddtdtcreator&keep_tld=true> Let’s get together Software Excellence Alliance Tech Talks provide a monthly forum to share techniques, lessons learned, best practices, and great ideas. Yet many teams routinely hit an “agile glass ceiling.” If you’ve grappled with missed commitments, schedule overruns, and unpredictable delivery despite following agile best practices, you are not alone. This presentation describes a practical, proven approach to planning and tracking that helps teams to be more agile as they make and keep commitments, improve predictability, and delight their customers. You’ll also see a newly-available suite of tools that makes these techniques simple to adopt and integrate into existing agile workflows.
