When the mouse hovers over a colored bar long enough to trigger a tooltip, the milestone in question will also be highlighted with a animated effect. This animation should stop when the mouse moves away, but it does not on all versions of Java. As a result, the animated milestone highlight can remain on continually, resulting in a visually distracting problem.
