It looks like most of Darwin didn't make it into 0.39.
Guess it got lost in the transition to SourceForge.

I don't have any experience with SourceForge as a code
provider. How would you like to deal with this?

On the presumption that people who see the bug report
can also see the attachment, I have attached a .tar.gz
with the missing pieces/parts. It expands (for
historical reasons) to directory
Proc-ProcessTable-Darwin-03. Expand both this and the
current (as of 0.39) version of Proc-ProcessTable, and
then move the files in Proc-ProcessTable-Darwin-03 to
the corresponding directories in the expansion of the
current Proc-ProcessTable. It should then build with
the normal incantation:

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
