I suspect that this is no longer current source, since it is still version 0.39, whereas CPAN is at 0.42. Anyhow:
I am the author and maintainer (to the extent that it gets maintained) of the Darwin plug-in for Proc::ProcessTable. I apologize for the long delay in responding, but I have not been monitoring the various request queues, and Dan didn't forward anything to me. In other words, it fell in the crack until I myself stumbled across the problem.
I have posted a tarball containing all the Darwin files on rt.cpan.org, in response to ticket 32761. See http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=32761 for the tarball. The only file you really need out of the tarball is os/darwin.h.
