EMF showing Graphics only and no Text in Win9x

First of all i would like to thank you a Lot for your Very
very usefull program(Tool) you made and thank you for
letting us share it with you .. it's Really Appreciated ...
i would like to report a Bug ... Which may not be a bug :)
the saved EMF files are viewed Perfect under
Win2000/XP ... but if i try to view them on Win98/ME it
only displays graphic or included Pictures but it doesn't
Show any text afterall !! ..
i've heard this is because the EMF created under WinXP
or 2000 is ver 1.2 i think .. but in win98/ME it's 1.0 ..
is that the main problem ??
And is there any solution to this ? :)
Im a VB programmer and so i can't Mess with C that
much :)
