[PreViking-devel] route server and number translation

I was just thinking about changing the way that PreViking does number 
translation. (currently PreViking only translates UK numbers *cough* 
*cough*). I think that we idealy need something dynamic and may be it 
could use the routing server as the routing server already knows about 
the carriers.

Also, this might later be useful for other types of number/address 
translation. For example, we might be able to translate SIP addresses to 
PSTN address so that we could have a SIP<--->PSTN gateway.
