[PreViking-devel] internet initiated callback

After the talk at the LSM in Bordeaux, AW and myself started work on
allowing callback to be initiated by the Internet than just by the
dialling of a number.

I have completed the work, however it hasn't been tested.  Also, it should
really be tested too.  This is something that can be made into a "web
service" and initiated by SOAP.
