Apps en archivos separados
Migración a JSP para hacer server-side include (no tiene sentido usar client-side).
Con esto queda terminado el refactoring y bastante prolijo, dentro de todo.
Proximos pasos: renderizar el form / mantener el tree actualizado via Sockets.
INDEX.HTML sigue siendo el punto de entrada (redirecciona a index.jsp)

Por ahora, es una implementación simple, no muy prolija (falta pulir el close y demás cosas, aunque el browser parece hacerlo automáticamente al dejar la página).
NO USA ANGULAR NI JQUERY.
Es lo más simple, para comenzar.
La idea es luego migrar a JQuery por el fall-back support y lo mismo cuando Angular lo provea, de usar Ajax si el browser no soporta WebSockets.
