#4 smarter power management

preload is highly improving the cold startup of the applications.

However it has the drawback to increase the CPU and harddisk usage and thus slightly increases the energy consumption.

I still want to install preload because of the responsiveness improvement but I would like it to have a smarter energy management.

For example, preload could be suspended or stopped when the computer is battery operated. It would start again as soon the computer is operated on main power again.
