Released version 0.7
I just released version 0.7 of the preferences editor. It fixed the open bug concerning BackingStorageException in startup on Windows. It contains also some minor refactoring.

Long awaited release 0.5 is out now.
This release immediately displays preferences nodes when they are added.
Removed nodes are also immediately removed from the display.
