[Predef-contribute] IBM i (OS/400) predefined macros

On http://sourceforge.net/p/predef/wiki/OperatingSystems/ under OS/400 you 
should add __OS400_TGTVRM__ which is used to identify the IBM i version 
you compiling for. It's format is VRM, where V=version, R=release, 
M=modification level.
