Gcc defines __thumb__ when compiling code for the thumb instruction set for ARM cpus (ie when using the -mthumb switch). __arm__ is defined regardless of instruction set (ie both when setting -marm and -mthumb). This was tested both using devkitPro (http://www.devkitpro.org) and codesourcery g++(http://www.codesourcery.com/gnu_toolchains/arm/). --=20 IMPORTANT NOTICE: The contents of this email and any attachments are = confidential and may also be privileged.
