#70 Can't build under Mac OS X 10.1.5

I downloaded all the various pieces into a /palm directory, then
followed the instructions in /install/BUILDING.html. All seemed to
work well until I ran ../prc-tools-srcdir/configure. Most of that
seemed to work, but the gdb portion would not accept a host of
powerpc-apple-darwin5.5. When I explicitly supplied that via --
host=, the configure wouldn't complete (got an error late). I tried a
make anyway, but got an error trying to create buildprc. If it would
be useful, I can try the whole thing over from the beginning and
send someone the console output. I would prefer someone else
building the prc-tools package for use under Mac OS X since I'm
fairly inexperienced in software development under Unix/Linux. I
do have Apple's Developer Tools and can install other tools using
Fink.
