[Prboom-users] Applying patches to PrBoom

I am new to PrBoom, and I am wondering...How do you apply patches to it? In 
addition to this, where can I get the patch written by DWF 
(prboom-2.3.1-dwf.patch)

You use the "patch" utility. It's installed with most Linux/Unix 
distributions. For Windows you need this one:
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/patch.htm

After you patched the source, you need to compile it to get a new 
executable.
