#41 more flexibility with assigning joystick button commands

Hi,

Relating to issue https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3175681&group_id=3396&atid=103396

A user has requested more flexibility with what actions can be assigned to joystick buttons. In particular, the assignment of strafe left / strafe right commands.
