#144 PRADO 2.0.3 and requirements.php

In requirements.php must be checked about PHP 5.0.2 or
greater version because PRADO 2.0.3 uses
"interface_exists()" function which is available in PHP
5.0.2+

why won't you use reflection api to check if an interface
really exists instead of using interface_exists()
