In version 0.90 RNG_test i'm seeing "time=" flipping to negative somewhere between half an hour and just over one hour. I guess this could be storing microseconds in a 32 bit signed int.

    Yeah, it's fixed for 0.91. libc clocks are apparently dramatically faster on some platforms than the usual 18.2 to 1000 per second I'm used to.

    Yeah, it's fixed for 0.91. It's storing libc ticks in ints and tick_t, and
    some platforms have tick rates much higher than expected.
