#14 Possibly confusing 'rng_test -help' tlmax typo

I hope these odd times find you well.

Some may be confused by the following typo when 'rng_test -help' is displayed (in bold):

-tlmax LENGTH sets the maximum test length to LENGTH. The tests will stop
after that much data. See notes on lengths for details on how
to express the length you want.
The default maximum is 32 terabytes (-tlmin 32TB).

I believe that should be 'tlmax'... which, if I might add, would benefit from a default of 64TB (or perhaps larger).
