Hi!
I'm testing it using as client NT4/SP5.
It works only in the case I have * in callback-users
(the client decides the telephone number)
In all other cases ( -, number), even with * but the
client presses ESC (meaning to stay connected in place
of being called back).
The NT client complains.
"Error 718: Timed out wainting for response from ppp
peer"
and hungs up.

Maybe the patch you where talking also corrects this ?

Oh, I ommited to tell (I don't think it does anything to do
with this problem) I'm authenticating via pam_smb.
