#1 W2K client callback doesn't really work

W2K client callback doesn't really work because of some issues:

1) W2K client do not send callback request
2) callback aknowledge is sent too late to client

I've fixed this in a dirty hack, it works now on my system RHL 6.2 with given ppp-2.4.0

Patch is attached.

Attention: patch is a dirty hack, also perhaps now client callback won't work anymore.
