ppaw-announce — Announcement of new versions (low traffic)

Hi!
  There were two major linking bugs in 0.6.0, so I went ahead and fixed them.  There isn't much to change - just common.php and multedit.php to the ones in this distribution.
  I also added a line in each file with the version number for tracking/configuration control purposes.

  Please check out the sourceforge page at http://sourceforge.net/projects/ppaw to let me know how you like the software and any ideas/concerns/etc.  There is a GREAT bug tracker, too!
