#19 wont redirect

when i enter an address in to the url box and press
browse, it takes me to a completely blank page, and
never redirects me to the page i want to go, ill give
an example, say i type in 'www.bash.org' the web
address will be
http://\*******.homeip.net/proxy/index.php?q=d3d3LmJhc2gub3Jn&hl=1111101001
and it will never take me anywhere

I have the same problem. I'm running Apache 2.0; PHP 5.05.
