#10 powersave: problem with sound & battery
Gents,
on my SuSE 10.0 box (ThinkPad A30) I did a powersave
upgrade to version powersave-0.11.5-1.pm.1
Thereafter I notice two problems:
1) Battery is not poperly monitored: Mostly the symbol
is empty (Zero charge) or it remains at the last proper
state. The following log entries appear:

Second, after a suspend to disk, no sound is available.
Although I entered
SUSPEND2DISK_RESTART_SERVICES="alsasound"
SUSPEND2RAM_RESTART_SERVICES="alsasound"
STANDBY_RESTART_SERVICES="alsasound"
in /etc/sysconfig/powersave/sleep, alsasound has to be
restarted manually

packages from our site (or e.g. from official Debian/Ubuntu
sources or directly from SUSE/Novell). Please retry this
with currently and from this page available packages. If
the problem is present, write a mail to powersave-users@
forge.novell.com

did the update, same result, and submitted the issue to the
list as requested. seesm there are a couple of users having
issues with the battery....
