Hi

Since I didn't find enough time lately to care about postguestbook and since I have no focus on postnuke anymore I'm wondering if somebody would like to continue working on postguestbook :-)

Anybody welcome.

If you ever thought about doing something for the postnuke community and didn't have the guts to do it - that's your chance :-)

Thanks to wi treble seven who provided a chinese translation which is no available in the download section.

Chinese Traditonal Language (Taiwan)
this is unicode utf-8 charset, not big5 of i18n.

Thanks to Ben Stienstra who updated the dutch translation of postguestbook 0.6

I removed the code responsible for show warning messages which are no part of postbbcode.

Postguestbook now Easier than ever :-)

Postguestbook is now configured to not use Smarty by default, because this was a constant point of troubles for users.

The second most common problem reported is the Permission System. Postguestbook can now be configured to not use the PN-Permission System and allow all visitors to look at the guestbook entries.

This is only a quick hack of bbcode and smiley support for postnuke modules.
=> should be part of the cms (general abbrevation text=>text or text=>images)

supported bbcode (defined in bbcodes.php):

[i] = italic
[u] = underlined
[h1] = header 1
[h2] = header 2
[h3] = header 3
[h4] = header 4
[ot] = off topic (text will be grayed)

Thanks to Pierre-Jean Martino who translated PostGuestbook to french - I've added it to the download section.

I actually got a second offer for a french translation but somehow lost this mail - sorry for that.

Thanks to StormS who did the norwegian translation for postguestbook 0.4

Translation files are name lang_<langname>.zip and have to be unpacked in modules/postguestbook/pnlang

Starting with version 0.3 the needed rights to sign the guestbook was changed from ADD to COMMENT.

- ADD allowed to much
- all visits from user that have EDIT or higher rights in any block are not counted and site visits drop to zero :-)

version 0.3 fixes this -> you need to update the permissions manually
