[Postgres-xc-general] Can't find "pgxc_ctl unregister" and "pgxc_remove_gtm" and "pgxc_update_gtm" command

Hello,

    I can't find unregister command in pgxc_ctl shell,
    and the comments in pgxc_ctl.conf file mention two commands
pgxc_remove_gtm and pgxc_update_gtm.
    I can't find them either.
    Would you mind telling me where they are and how to use them.
