#82 \d to show table distribution

psql \d comand needs enhancement to show its distribution. Such as

It was discussed in the ML if \d, \d+ extension is the right way to do. Current situation is

It is not a good idea to extend existing command for compatibility. We should add new command dedicated for XC.

At present, I'm proposing \xc as xc-specific command prefix. For example, in this case, we can add \xcd [pattern] or \xc+ [pattern]
