I Use quota, but it is up to the end user if he uses it, so i say leave it to NO.

I use Sieve, but just like quota leave it to the end user.
It is better to Enable things than disable.

If you use it enable it.

+1 it is nice, but i could not care less if it was not enabled by default.

Dovecot 1 is not really supported any more.
So if this could be merged into one quota setting that would be better.
