I have ~10 000 mailboxes and the domain page take several seconds to load. It's possible to modify the method postfixadmin fetch data ? For example, I didn't need the list with A-B B-C...

That's a known problem in 2.3.x (and older) releases, and fixed in SVN trunk (with some quite interesting[tm] SQL, which is too intrusive to backport to 2.3.x).
Please upgrade to the latest code from SVN trunk, have a look at CHANGELOG.TXT, run setup.php to upgrade your database and enjoy the speed ;-)
