    Hi,

So I have recently moved my membership site to a new server and am using Webmin.

Since then my automated emails are bouncing back.

I am a bit overwhelmed with the Postfix control panel and could use some guidance.

Here are the error codes that arrived in my spam folder in gmail from separate emails.

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments
    Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 FROM: <mail> (54.229.72.252) Not spooled,
    transaction failed.

And from www.allaboutspam.com they listed these issues:

Email does not contain any DKIM/Domain Keys Signature and the published Domain Keys policy does not specify whether to accept or reject unsigned Emails. Signing your Outbound emails and clearly specifying a policy to accept signed emails will minimize chances of your Email being considered as SPAM.

SPF records for <sylvialee.de> do not specifically authorize Email server <209.85.212.177> to send emails for <sylvialee.de>. This means that there is some chance of your Emails being rejected or being classified as SPAM. Ideally, the SPF records for <sylvialee.de> must return 'pass' for your Email server IP <209.85.212.177>. For more details on checking SPF records for your domain, please refer to http://old.openspf.org/why.html

Email server is not using BATV format while sending out emails. BATV is recommended to ensure that your users do not become a victim of bounce floods.

My tests show that it is not a problem with the plugins responsible for emailing.

    Thank you,
    BJ

You're in the wrong place. This is the support forum for Postfix Admin, a tool for managing virtual domains/mailboxes using Postfix. You'd be better heading over to postfix.org.
