Perl Objects for Sequence Analysis / News: Recent posts

First release of Perl Objects for Sequence Analysis. These perl objects should be usable following a little tweaking in the files themselves (i.e. the location of programs such as phred and phrap has to be mentioned in the objects themselves.).

There appears to be a bug in the asExp method of POSA::Read.pm. This will be worked on.
