#2 Use relative paths in generated diffs

I usually do that, but it doesn't seem to be possible with
porttools.
If that's what most committers prefer, this might be a
nice feature for
porttools (i.e., cd to the port's parent directory and
generate the diff
from there). I don't have a patch for it now and probably
won't have
time to look at it for at least a week; just wanted to
relay this to
Sergei before I forget it.
