Portmanager does not properly detect some port versions

The output of portmanager -s really says it all here:
have:bind9-base-9.3.1 status: OLD
available:bind9-9.3.1 /
dns/bind9
have:perl-threaded-5.8.6_2 status: OLD
available:perl-5.8.6_2 /
lang/perl5.8
Unfortunately this prevents me from trusting
portmanager -u, especially the latter one. I'm on a
multi-cpu system running spamassassin, and the
performance degradation would really suck if it
overwrote with a non-threading version. I'm a bit
perplexed by the bind one too...

portmanager is behaving correctly in both cases:
bind9-base-9.3.1
bind9-9.3.1
perl-threaded-5.8.6_2
perl-5.8.6_2
The names are different in each case
